Comprehensive Neighborhood Initiative (CNI)/ T.O.T.S. (Taking Off to Success) Program

• The CNI goal is to provide any person expecting and/or raising a child between the ages of zero to five, living within a two-mile radius of the Edison and Ruskin Neighborhood School Centers, with the knowledge and wrap-around support needed to raise happy, healthy and active children who enter school ready to learn.
